lookup range of values

I have records returned as a result of a "Make Table Query"

Let's say I have three records with a unique ID value of 100, 200, 300.

I want to take these three IDs, go to another table and look up all the
records that are "plus and minus 10' of these ID numbers.

In other words create anothe table that shows IDs 90 to 110, 190 to 210 and
290 to 310.
