Looking for wired presentation remote

Does anyone know if a presentation remote exists that is WIRED, not
wireless? Sort of like a handheld mouse fob with a long USB cable? I'm
going to have a group of about 30 presenters, each with their own PC, in a
large meeting hall simultaneously and I would imagine RF remotes would
interfere with each other...
