Looking for suggestion on producing membership direcory

What MS program or programs should I use to produce a membership directory of
approximately 650 names. Names and data now in a 2003 Access File. Need to
produce a camera ready product for reproduction and distribution.

MS Publisher would seem to be the product of choice. You could
probably do it in Word but Publisher is (by reputation not my
experience) better suited to such jobs. Either Word or Publisher can
extract data from an Access database.
