looking for smtp/pop 3 service app for local machine

hi,

im looking for an application that will run on win2k pro to provide an local
smtp host and pop3 host.

I need to test an applications ability to send from a stand alone machine
and outlook express need to connect and recive from a local host service.

Any ideas ?

There are many mail server applications that can be downloaded via
the Internet, SmartServer and VPOP3 being just two of them.
