Looking for Proxo filters

Can anyone tell me if there are Proxomitron filters available which
will do any or all of the following?

(1) Prevent cookies (even when automatically rejected) or page reload
scripts from stealing focus from the topmost app and bringing IE to
the front while a page is loading in the background.

(2) Prevent a site from changing my scroll bars or cursor.

There are Proxo filters here, but I don't if they'll do what you want.

You might try JD5000's filters. Haven't checked them out myself yet, but
they come highly recommended from regulars on the prox-list yahoo mailing
list.
