Looking for: Panorama Viewer

A couple of years ago I downloaded a piece of freeware that allowed me to
see Panoramic Images in 360 degree views. In particular I was able to go to
different rooms in the White House for Christmas and look around the White
House. 360 degrees plus up and down...all over. Anyone know where I can get
this again?
