Looking for .NET/C# Gurus

Hi Guys,

I am looking for 3 .NET, C# Guys ASAP.

1. .NET Architect with strong C# Programming Skills.
Fluid concepts of designing applications from Scratch.
10-12 years of SDLC experience. Proven application
development or architectural skills.

2. .NET, C# with VC++ with experience in Rational suite of
products with around 7-8 years of experience.

3. Good Tester and programmer using C# in the .NET
framework area. Good concepts with 3 - 4 years of
experience.

Good communications skills, with legal work authorization permits to work in the US. NO HEADHUNTERS PLEASE !!!
