Well thanks Steve!
It is free, because it's called "FormTool Free". Even the EXE file is named
"FTFree.exe" . Cool program too. No install, just unzip and go!
I re-packed it from RAR to ZIP, now it's 2.3MB instead of 1.9MB. Is that OK?

couldn't get along with mine, so my reply will not have reached you.
If possible, can you provide a temporary link to allow me to download it?
