Looking for DVD Label maker

Not for the disk itself, but for the outside cover. Also not for the Jewel
Cases, but for the longer box.

Also looking for cheap (I know they're not free) DVD-R deals which include
the long boxes mentioned above...if anyone knows.

and for the jewel cases for a cd for the freeware CD Cover Print.
