Looking for DVD burner with NO SPYWARE or extra junk

I'm looking for something that will take a WMV file and make a DVD movie out
of it. I have browsed around in here and seen lots of DVD software, but I'm
always leery of freeware software and the spyware that seems so common in
free versions of software. And it may just be me, but it seems like DVD
burning freeware is some of the worst out there.

Does anyone have any known good junk-free DVD -R software?
