looking for backup tool that handles time intervals

Hello all!

I'm looking for a windows backup tool that filters files by modified
from to modified to. Example:

file01.sxw modified 2005-01-02
file02.sxw modified 2005-02-03
file03.sxw modified 2005-02-12
file04.sxw modified 2005-02-24

I would like the tool to provide me backup file, possibly zip, rar,
ace or other common formats. With the following files:
file02.sxw
file03.sxw

backup_february01-15.zip

That is, the tool includes every file that has been created or
modified in the interval February 1st to February 15th.

Does anyone have some ideas?

P.S.: I know how to do that in UNIX/Linux, but I need the solution for
windows.

I do not know of a tool that can do all this automatically. But you
can use the Total Commander (http://www.ghisler.com/) for to select
files and copy them to a ZIP archive.
