Looking for a template for 1 x 3/4" spine labels used on library b

We use these small spine labels in our library. Currently folks are actually
using a typewriter to individually type the labels. I'm looking for a Word
template for this size label. I've tried to make a sheet of blank labels but
it ain't working.

These labels have rounded corners and we got them from some vendor somewhere
and no one can remember their name or I'd contact them. I have searched the
Web for templates for this label - to no avail. I downloaded the Avery Label
Template Wizard, but that size label isn't included.

Any help will be most appreciated.

Define your own label definition by selecting an Avery label that is as
close as possible to what you have, then changing the dimensions based on
the size and spacing of your labels. Note, however, that if they were
designed for typing, you'll probably lose some at the edges of the sheet, in
the printer's nonprintable area. Also, it is not always a good idea to run
labels through a printer if they're not designed for machine printing. You
need only lose one label in the innards of your printer to make an unholy
mess. And the gum on some labels will not stand up to the heat of some laser
printers.
