looking for a software that will automatically detect 'keywords' in a Word Document

I need to be able to search for keywords and to generate a
'keyword-list', which will be added to the print-out of all our church
protocols. With this list, people will be able to find certain passages
which we discussed in the past.

I tried an index text retrieval program, but these programs only allow
you to search for one keyword at a time. I'm looking for something that
will first check my 'keyword-list' and then highlight all those found
keywords automatically in the document and generate a list. Here an
example:

church benches: Pages 5, 52, 88, 178
confirmation: Pages 51, 72, 88, 105, 106
collections: Pages 27, 51, 58, 72, etc...

Any suggestions?
