Looking for a program to track blood pressure

preferably with some way of showing the results as a graph than can be
printed out. Anything out there that can do this easily?

I used to do it with a spreadsheet program, most of them have at least some
charting capabilities. Look at Open Office.

I use a program (freebie) called "Health".
I am sorry but I can't recall where I obtained the program.
