Looking for a program to track blood pressure

I used to do it with a spreadsheet program, most of them have at least some
charting capabilities. Look at Open Office.

Try a spreadsheet with graphic capabilities. In one column put the
date. In another put the top blood pressure, in the third column put
the bottom blood pressure.
