Looking for a Portable USB hard drive

Hi,

I just returned a bad western digital passport ( 80 GB ). Before I
go out and buy a new usb portable hard drive, does anyone have any
opinion on the reliability on Passport or any other USB portable hard
drive...

Watch out for the "Delayed write failed" problem. Seems to be a very complex
problem with no one solution.

Google "Delayed write failed + the make of drive" before buying to see if
this problem effects the make you have choosen.

Personally I don't think it is make specific but check anyway.
