Looking for a IP mailer program...

Doesn't every email sent contain the originating IP in the headers
somewhere?

I just look at the emails source and pull out the IP from there.

to the OP: why mess with the IP mailing? use dynamic dns e.g.
xmp.mine.nu or whatever. (dyndns.org ?) in this day and age, there's no
reason not to use DNS (free to $8 per year).
