There are zillions - your eyes will go blurry trying to view them all!
Check out Pixelmill.com and sites linked from them for templates. There are some free ones too on Microsoft in the Office section in FrontPage Add-Ins.
Sounds...hmmmm...best to google.
Images? There are some free on Microsoft in the Clip Art pages...royalty
free photos too...some nice stuff btw. Corbis if you wanna pay big bucks...there are many others...Google for; stock photography.
In any event...be aware of Copyrights
