Looking for a firewire card

I have a sony dcr-trv 350 camcorder which has an dv
output but my computer doesn`t has any firewire port on
it-so I am looking for a firewire card and I need some
guidance please.I have an win XP pro , amd athlon
processor 2000+ with motherboard of soyo KT-400 which has
chipset VIA KT400 / 8235 chipset (supports 266/333 MHz
FSB).I have two usb 2.0 ports and two more usb ports on
my computer but I was told that firewire will show better
results .I tried searching online on sites like
ebay,pricewatch & compgeeks but ididn`t find the card
that matches my computer.I would greatly appreciate your
cooperation if you tell me what shall I look in a card .

Heres the card I got from Compusa. I needed the USB2.0 which you apparently
dont and those are available also
