what i am trying to do is set it up so that when i click on a cell i see a
list of items maybee ten or twelve in access i can type in the values of
that list i dont know how do to that in excel
That is what I need, however the instuctions say to type a name for the
range in the formula bar my formula bar is not showing and i dont know how
to get it back
Try View and tick (check) formula bar.
However you do not type the range name in the formula bar, but in the box to
its left (but it is on the same line and does disappear with the formula
bar).
