Longer and louder alarm sound alert in Outlook

How do I set up a longer and louder alarm sound alert in Outlook rather than
the ones originally downloaded woth Outlook 2003? Where and how do I get the
files for the alarm sounds, other than the ones already with Outlook 2003?

Outlook's new mail sound can be changed in Controls Panel -> Sounds. Look
for the "New Mail Notification" setting. I don't know what sound it uses for
Reminders... but I'd guess it's one of the settings in there as well.
