Long-term formatting definitions

dear all,

I'm using word 2003 and i want it to always start with a times new
roman size 10 and justified text in the normal document, as well as UK
English as the predefined language. i'm not using an english office
package, but another language... anyone knows which commands i have to
script or transform in some file so i can always start with the
definitions that i want???
