Long pause after login to domain

I have a laptop with wireless card. while using the build
in NIC to login to the domain, the system pauses for about
100 seconds then the screen "loading your personal
settings..." appears. If I remove the wireless card, the
system logon to the domain just fine.

In the network connections, tools, advanced settings...your Local NIC is at
the top of the binding order.
