Dear all,
I have a problem which always confuse me. I have PC with both Windows
2000 and XP Home edition installed. I have USB 2.0 external hard disk
and other USB devices. In Windows 2000, all of these devices work ok,
however, when I use XP, the time between I insert USB devices till I
could use them become much much longer, no matter which USB port I
insert them into. After the system identify the device, then it works
ok, not at reduced speed.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I have XP SP2 installed and
my BIOS is updated to latest.
BTW, my PC is Intel 915GAV motherboard with Intel P4 3G (530) CPU and
1G Memory, 200G SATA hard disk, XFX 6600GT Graphic card.
Thank you for your help!
