Long drop down list

I have a long list of things (about 150 of them) I'd like to have a choices
in a drop-down box within a Word document. Is there a way to copy and paste
the list from Excel rather than typing in all 150 items? Preferably a really
simple way that doesn't require me to know how to program anything?
 
I have no idea how to accomplish what you want, but as someone who has spent
20 years developing software I would urge you to reconsider a drop-down list
with that many options. Drop-down lists should be limited to a few choices,
and certainly shouldn't require scrolling through several screenfulls.
