looking at the closing ceromony of Beijing 2008 , there stood a certain mayor Mr Boris Johnson juggling with the UK flag whilst £20.000,000,000 of (our) sorry Chinese money fluttered behind him..(what a contrast).

These games were a phenomanal success... no pollution stops / no dispute stopped events , overall a complete total success games..well done China..

Lets hope/make London 2012 an even bigger success

I am more of a motor sport person, but I must say I really enjoyed watching this Olympics..Yeah Lets hope we pull of a good one in 2012..Its near enough in my back yard..So hopefully I get to see some live stuff. My main concern though is how all the newly developed area is going to be utilised after the games..Lets hope that there aren't laods (Melenium Dome) of unused buildings left after the games..
