Logs off automatically. Blaster?

Hi i have to problems very simalar.

One machine after logon you get a 40 second countdown
before the machine just goes back to the logon screen. Is
this a different sysmptom to blaster or something else?

On another machine, it restarted every 60 second etc.. i
cleaned the blaster virus and it does this no longer. But
now aster logon, you just get the wallpaper (no icons)
and after a very short while it just goes back to the
logon screen again?

Please help

you must got virus. if you want to clear them, make it
doing as follows :

1> put you computer into icebox take out 15 minutes late.
2> intoning:" Bill Gates, I love you "

then; everything will be fine. take care.............

Hello! I had the same problem after i thought i'd erased
the blaster virus with my anti-virus software. The count
down was really irritating! I called my ISP and they told
me to dwnload some software from their homepage that has
just been developed by norton. It worked and now my
computer is fine. Apparantly this virus can hide part of
itself frm your antivirus software. Its on
www.tiscali.com. Takes a second to dwnload so if you do
it quick enough you should be fine. It took me acouple of
attempts as i kept getting the countdown 1 min after
connecting to the internet! Goodluck and i hope this
