I administer several company XP laptops and would like to customeise the
startup screen to the company logo. I would also like to add the logo to the
My Computer> Properties tab.

I have seen this on other systems so know it can be done, can anyone please
advise how this is achieved?

Depends on what kind of BIOS, but the linkt to the google search above
should get you started.

I would also like to add the
