I recently updated my windows (new computer) and now have a problem. When I
turn on the computer I now get a screen where i have chose an account before
Windows will finish loading. I don't want to have to do this since I want
my computer to come on when I turn it on. How do I get rid of this screen?

Are you talking about the menu that appears with a 30 second count down?
If so, then following this after Windows starts up:
Right click My Computer and choose Properties
Select the Advanced tab
Hit the <Settings> button under Startup and Recovery
Under the System Startup section, uncheck both boxes.
Just hit <OK> to back out of all windows.

Strt | Run "control userpasswords2" (no quotes) and click OK. Uncheck the
box that says "Users must enter a user name and password..." then follow the
prompts

control userpasswords2

There uncheck the box 'Users must give a username. . .' and Apply - tell
it the user and password (if any) that is needed
