every time i either turn my pc on, or resume after
screensaver, it prompts me to log back on. any way i
can turn it off?
 
Hi Glen,

1. Configure automatic logon at startup
2. Turn off the "On resume, display Welcome Screen" feature

Automatic logon
*************
Click Start, Run and type "control userpasswords2", and click Ok.
Uncheck "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer"
option, and click Ok.

Turn off the "On resume, display Welcome Screen" feature
********************************************
Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Display.
Click the Screen Saver tab, click to clear the On Resume, display Welcome
screen check box.
