logon windows

My wife has XP home edition and she dosnt have to supply a
pass word to log on or click a icon in the welcome screen.
I have XP pro can i have it act the same way? just turn it
on and the desktop popps up?

Control Panel-Users and change your account so that it doesn't require a
password
