I'm new to Win2000 server, but i want to put up a server and have the users
on the network to logon to it. Today they logon to theire own PC and the
server is sharing som directories that they access through sharing in the the
same workgroup. I wnat them to be authirized through the server and all the
mappings should be done eg. by a script or something.

As you can read i'm new to win2000 so if somone can help me with this i'll
be very happy.

Your first decision will be do determine whether you want your network to
run as a workgroup or as a domain - you can use this article to help you
understand the distinction so that you can make the right decision.
