Logon Time Expires

Hello All!
I have a user who runs reindexing in the evening on our main server.
Lately she gets through approximately half of it and gets this error:
"Application Popup: logon time expired: Session has now exceeded its time
limit, it will be disconnected in 2 minutes." How can I stop this from
occuring?

Any help will be greatly appreciated

It seems that the server is configured with a time-out limit on
active sessions (or maybe idle sessions). You can change this in the
same place where it is configured, either a Group Policy or in TS
Configuration.
