Hi all,
Can any one tell how can I crate login scrips for all my
users,so that when they login from any where they get the
same icons w2hich they have on their original machines?
Also, the same group policy apply to them?

Learn "Roaming Profiles". Don't forget to pay attention to the "cons" as
well as the "pros". There should be plenty of information on MS's site
about Roaming Profiles.
 
Right, using Roaming Profiles can retain the same desktop setting on all
machine.
