Logon screen does not appear, computer continuously restarts

It is impossible to give you focused troubleshooting since we know
nothing about your computer. Apparently you received an error message
that caused you to extract kernel32.dll, but that's all we know.
Continuous rebooting could be caused by overheating, bad RAM, other
faulty hardware components, bad drivers, corrupted operating system,
etc. What changed between the time things worked and the time they
didn't?
