Logon Password

I have disabled the login at start up - but every 60 days
or so, it will ask the user to reset the password because
it has expired. This causes a lot of confusion with our
users. I always have to go in as admin, unclick 'Require
users...', reset the password and then click the 'Require
users... ' box again.
Any suggestions?

Passwords|Advanced|Advanced|Users|"username"|Properties and check the box
for "Password never expires"
