Logon hangs up

Bruce Reynolds

After logging in to XP, it takes 1 minute to get to the
desktop. I tried a new account, it did the same. What's
up?
 
Bruce, go to Start>Run type msconfig See what and how many programs
you have running at startup.
Uncheck those you don't really need.
