Logon Banner modification

Anybody know how to replace the CTL-ATL-DELETE banner with
a customized one? I assume it is a bitmap that is pointed
to somewhere in the registry. Somewhere in the
knowledgebase I saw a reference to this but can't remember
where I saw it.

Hi Mark,

You have to have a new gina.dll to do this. Here is some additional
