I am using a Logitech MX Elite Duo keyboard & Mouse set. I have tried
all of the FAQ answers, the type for 2 minutes to clear the
capacitors, the general reconnect of the devices, Have secured the
connection multiple times, restarted after each change, etc. I'm not
sure what seems to be the cause, but occasionally the keyboard starts
pressing the special function keys, alt+tabbing, opening the media
menu, opening the I-Nav menu, pressing keys such as \\\\ or re5.12
over and over. I live in a dorm on a college campus and was wondering
what can I do to fix this problem. It doesnt seem to be a software
problem. These symptoms seem to come and go, are there other devices
that could be giving interference to the receiver such as radios,
CB-radios, wireless internet, etc? My receiver is approximately 1.5
feet away from ANY other electrical device and I am using the Keyboard
approximately 2 feet away from that. These problems seem to have just
started, I have had this keyboard set for about 8 months and have
never had any problems with it, I the farthest I have been able to use
one of the devices is about 30 feet away within line of sight, and
15-20 going through 2-3 walls. Please help. Thanks.
