logitec webcam problem

I have put in a webcam and it doesnt seem to transmit my image via msn
although it works on my pc. The audio works but the image doesnt. I have
updated the logitec software from their web site but to no avail. Any
sugestions will be much appreciated.

Have you gone through the Audio and Video Setup/Tuning Wizard recently. If not, do so by
clicking the Tools menu and then selecting the option.

Do what Jonathan suggests and also try stopping and starting your video.
Sometimes that will kickstart the video. Also, make sure the drivers have
been loaded properly. In my case I had to try all of the above and another
usb port.
