loging on to network

When I log on to my pc it automaticaly logs me on as a
guest on our network (nt).How can I prevernt this so as I
can log on as myself an so be able to view the files I
need.
What I need is to have the pc ask me for my username and
password when I try and access our network.

You need to go to Control Panel, User Accounts, click on
the Advanced tab, and check Secure logon 'Require users
to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete. That oughta' do it.

If you don't want to use the Ctrl-Alt-Delete method and prefer where you can
click on your name and enter a password,
1.. Start / Run / "control userpasswords2" - no quotes
2.. Check User must enter a user name and password to use this computer
