I've just setup a 2003 server, and installed and configured the main domain controller. I've gone to the computers and setup the domain login stuff, and the log in works fine until it gets to the 'loading personal settings' part, and hangs for 3 to 5 minutes. What's going on?

Most likely a DNS configuration issue. You need to have all your client PCs
using only the AD DNS server for name resolution, and the AD DNS server
should be forwarding all requests for names outside your AD domain to your
ISP DNS server.
