Is there a way to restrict login to pc by station name
and time.

example I want station A I want so no one can login to it
between the hours of 7am to 3pm.

How do I do this with the ADS

As far as I know, you can only apply the restriction to users, not computers.
You can also restrict users to certain computers.

Is there a thrid party program any one knows that may able
to this this(see below) I know my last company with
Novelll NDS this was very possible so I sure there may be
a way you can restrict station login name by hours

You will need 3rd party software for this, e.g. the program
"1st Security Center" would maybe cover your requirement:
