Login sites will not work

Jen

Every time I try to login to a secure website (comcast
email, AMEX account info, Bank account info, etc) I get
the "Page cannot be displayed error". I've tried messing
with the security settings, but that did not work. I
also attempted to download Netscape to see if it is
actually IE but I get a similar error. Not sure if it is
the OS or IE, but need help.
