login scripts in terminal servers

We are having a problem whereby we have 2 terminal server and if a user logs
into one server the login script we have set runs, but if the they log into
the other terminal server the login script does not run and they do not get
their mapped drives. Is there some setting in terminal servers we can check
on why the second terminal server does not run the login script.

Where do you configure your logon script?
From usrlogon.cmd on each server, in a GPO, from the registry, or....?
