Login screen for single user?

I'm running WinXp Home SP2 on a Dell I2500.

I recently reduced the number of user accounts from two to one, and the
startup from a full power-off no longer stops for a user login -- it's no
longer necessary. The startup from hibernation, though, still stops for the
unnecessary login. (The Guest User option is turned off.) Can I suppress
this inconvenience?

Start | Run <type in> control userpasswords2 <enter>
UnSelect the obvious.

Control Panel / Power Options / Advanced
uncheck "Prompt for password when computer resumes..."
