login screen after VB.net installed

hello

After installing VB.net standard and using Access with it. I know get a
login screen with WinXP(home) after it has been idle after a while . It gives
a admin message (and you just click on it and it goes), how do I stop this
screen from appearing?
 
right click on desktop, click properties, go to the screensaver tab and
uncheck "show welcome screen on resume"

There will be an additional user account created when installing VB.NET
Standard. This causes the login page to appear. You can restore the
previous behavior (automatical login) using the TweakUI tool which is part
of the Windows XP Power Toys:
