Login locally to AD server

We need to use an under-utilized AD server to host an server based
application which requires login local rights for users running its client
software. While I intend to chase down the vendor to find out why this is
the case, how do I add login local rights without giving the users
administrator rights on the machine?

Thanks. Seems to have done the trick!

Open Default Domain Controller Security Settingd in administrative tools and
change Security/Local Policies/User Rights Assignment/Allow logon localy
right.
