Anyone know what the below means or how to fix.

The Loaduserprofile call failed with the following error:
RPC server is unavailable

Check to see if the Cryptographic Services has been started:
1. Start the Administrative Tools utility in Control Panel.
2. Double-click Services.
If should be read status started and start up type automatic.
if not continue
3. Right-click Cryptographic Services, and then click Properties.
4. Click Automatic for Startup type, and then click Start.

If you have disabled the RPC Service altogether:-
Use your WinXP CD and boot to the Recovery Console:
1. Type the following command: Enable RPCSS Service_Auto_Start
2. Press the Enter key
3. Type: exit
4. Press Return
The computer will now restart.
