Looks like a message from your email provider saying that you have not
completed one of the steps they require before allowing you to send
email. Ask them what it means and how to fix it..

Has anyone any idea how to sort this TOS thing out ???? mine isnt working

TOS = Terms Of Service

Apparently you must sign on to the web interface and agree to the Terms Of
Service in order to access your e-mail from Windows Mail again.

Yep, I am having this issue as well. It also started this morning. 1.21.09
 
I am having the same issue with my AOL acount only. I checked and there is no
TOS to sign so now what do i do?

If you are using AOL, you have a bill from them, which will have contact
information.

The issue rectified itself at least for me around noon. I think it was
problem at aol's end.
