I have an easy one (I think). we are using windowsXP Pro. I want the
computer to be setup in a way so when it is rebooted (like when a windows
update forces reboot)...the computer logs into windows automatically as a
particular user instead of leaving us at the normal log-in screen
(ctrl-alt-del to activate it).

I know that I have seen people set up XP Pro to do this...I just don't
remember what the steps are.

You are aware of the security implications of this, aren't you?

Menu Start -> Run -> "control userpasswords2" then see "Users must enter
a user name and password to use this computer" check box.
